Song had reached the same conclusion as Seph, but she also had an idea. It wasn't a fool-proof test, but she could perhaps judge the truthfulness of Medrau's proposal based on whether or not she continued to pester Song with all the anxiety and unwanted dye jobs. For that reason, she didn't say a word of it to her Shadow. Even if Medrau backed off as part of an act, it would solve the immediate problem she'd come here to deal with. Win/win... from a very optimistic standpoint.
